In what had been a challenging year within the retail space we were tasked with creating an internal event to communicate 2020 results and the vision for 2021, as it had been a very difficult year they needed a way to communicate results in an engaging and more upbeat way.
To really get under the skin of the business Natalie went into the business for 4 days and got a solid understanding of what had happened in the last year and highlighted silver linings in the challenging times. To create something more engaging than a results presentation we came up with a talk show style show where Natalie interviewed the senior leadership team and in addition we encouraged the employees could message the host (Natalie) anonymously with questions for the management team, which was a great way to involve employees and let them ask difficult questions.
The event was hosted in our purpose-built recording studio, providing live production and branded design. After the talk show and audience Q&A, all attendees took part in a virtual cocktail making activity using their pre-delivered cocktail making kit with a virtual lesson with a mixologist in the studio and did a cheers to look forward to 2021! The event ended with awarding ceremony for top performers identified by Luxottica management.
